Faustino certainly wasn't a native Venetian but he loved the city and its people. As an extravagant bird he spent most of the year trying to keep a low profile, that was until carnival season came around. Happy Halloween!

Bidding farewell to a fantastic Halloween! We hosted a Halloween party over the weekend and this was based on my costume for the evening. It was an evening of great fun, good friends and cracking costumes!

I'm very pleased to have been accepted among their ranks. This is the first weekly topic I've been able to get involved with - 'Roaring 20's'. I purposely stayed away from pure black and white. There was a lot of back and forth with the saturation settings but I'm quite happy with the final result. 

There has been a distinct lack of updates so far this year, that has unfortunately been due to a month long bout of sickness and then a big uptake in freelance work. However I have a brief respite and I plan on making the most of it!
